STRUCTURE:

– input AC distribution with measurement, protections and distribution,
type: IZBN 1f (3f) – xx
– rectifiers / battery chargers, 1 to 24 pcs in parallel, „n+1“ principle, with fan or natural cooling
type: MPL, MPLP (high power UPS) or PFC, KMB, PBR (low power UPS)                                
– battery, Lead-acid or Ni-Cd, 1 or 2 sets
– battery protection (over current, deep discharge, short circuit)
– measuring unit (currents, voltages, temperatures)

– microprocessor unit for local and remote monitoring and control

– DC / DC converters (if there needs to be multiple different DC voltage outputs)

Values: 110 VDC output voltage, 80 A output current, battery C10 = 200 Ah, natural cooled rectifiers

For example: IBN 110/120 – 48/50 – 350
Output 1:  110 VDC – 120 A (rectifiers 110 VDC – 120 A)

Battery C10 = 350 Ah, the battery is charged with 110 VDC
Fan cooled rectifiers
– the customer needs to define the number, technology and nominal values of the output switches (MCCB, MCB, fuse)
